Javon May M.S., BCBA, IBA

Chief Executive Officer/Chief Clinical Officer

Javon May is the Founder, CEO, and CCO at Autonomous Behavior Solutions, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and International Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in behavior analysis, psychology, and education since 2010. Prior to founding Autonomous Behavior Solutions, Javon held various leadership roles, expertly overseeing behavioral support programs within educational environments. He has been instrumental in mentoring parents and entry-level clinicians in both clinical, academic, and community settings, as well as providing consultancy to behavioral health organizations, school districts, and mental health professionals. Javon’s expertise extends to severe-maladaptive behavior consultation, educational behavior supports, and trauma-informed care. He holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton and a Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis – Educational Psychology from National University and is currently pursuing his doctoral degree.

Javon is from Southern California, he believes in giving back, supporting families and individuals in need, and that the price of kindness and generosity goes a long way. Javon has a passion for increasing his support and services of Autonomous Behavior Solutions to as many children, youth, and adults as he can.

Breanna Figueroa M.A., BCBA

Breanna Figueroa M.A., BCBA

Director of Clinical Services

Breanna Figueroa, Clinical Director, and BCBA, provides clinical oversight to BCBA’s, clients and behavior technicians, along with supporting parents and caregivers through parent care meetings. Breanna has been with the company since December 2022. Prior to that, she spent two years working as a BCBA for a large ABA company.

Furthermore, she has been in the field of ABA since 2011. Breanna graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a B.A. in Psychology. She then got her M.A. in Psychology, with an emphasis in ABA, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. After completing her hours, Breanna received her BCBA certification in 2020. In her spare time, Breanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and watching reruns of Friends and Schitt’s Creek. Breanna’s son is her biggest inspiration, and everything she does is for him. Breanna wants him to know that there’s always a mountain to climb, but with hard work and perseverance, you can accomplish anything. Breanna is motivated by her clients and their successes. Helping them reach for the stars is what it’s all about. Their progress generalizing across different settings is the ultimate satisfaction.

Jeanell Dowty

Operations Manager

Jeanell Dowty is the Operations Manager at Autonomous Behavior Solutions. Jeanell oversees the daily operations, ensuring our clients and clinical staff are equipped with the necessary tools, communication, and systems to facilitate seamless and effective service delivery.

Jeanell brings 20 years of experience supporting interdisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments. With a background in nutrition and sales, Jeanell’s professional journey has consistently focused on organization, problem-solving, and client-centric service. Jeanell has successfully led initiatives to streamline scheduling systems, coordinated compliance projects, and facilitated onboarding new team members to enhance operational workflows within the ABA setting.
 
Outside of her professional life, Jeanell enjoys exploring new recipes through cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her family. Jeanell also finds pleasure in riding her motorcycle across Southern California. Jeanell is deeply inspired by our clients’ resilience and our staff’s unwavering dedication. A quote that particularly resonates with her is: “Life doesn’t get easier or more forgiving: we get stronger and more resilient,” by Steve Maraboli. Jeanell is motivated by the opportunity to cultivate a supportive environment where our clinical teams can concentrate on their primary mission of changing lives. Ne'Ausha Taylor M.S., BCBA

Ne'Ausha Taylor M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Ne’Ausha Taylor (also known as Ausha) is a clinical supervisor here at Autonomous Behavior Solutions. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in communication sciences and disorders as well as psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Track and Field scholarship, Ausha began her ABA journey in 2015.

As the years gone by, her passion vastly increased which lead her to pursue a Master of Science degree in psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. Prior to working here at ABS, Ausha worked at an intensive outpatient program where she worked along side a child neurologist, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and child psychologists. This is where Ausha also developed a passion of changing the stigma of ABA. In her spare time, Ausha enjoys spending time with her husband watching Marvel movies, Harry Potter movies, and WWE universe. Ausha also likes to go to Disneyland with her husband and son. Ausha is inspired in helping the minority community and helping break the stigma of talking about mental health. Ausha’s son motivates her to be the best person so she can be a role model to her son.

Lawrence Tran M.E.d., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Lawrence Tran, M.Ed., BCBA is a clinical supervisor with Autonomous Behavior Solutions. Since being with the company from September 2024, Lawrence provides clinical supervision/parent consultation for insurance clients and oversees consultation for 7 Inner City Education Foundation (ICEF) schools. 
After graduating from University of California, Riverside with B.A. in Psychology and receiving his M.Ed. from Arizona State University, Lawrence has worked in the field of ABA since 2014 and continues to pursue his passion of making a lasting impact with his clients and fellow employees. He believes that small acts of kindness can go a long way and making people smile is healthy for everyone. If he’s not playing golf, volleyball or surfing, you might find him learning other crafts like woodworking or working on cars. Lawrence is motivated to see the positive change that he and his team are able to make across each family that he works with.

Talisa Ortiz, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Talisa Ortiz, M.S., BCBA is a Clinical Supervisor with experience providing data-driven behavior intervention services to both children and adults on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals with comorbidities and other developmental disabilities. She holds a B.A. in Family and Child Development Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University.

Her personal connection to the field, stemming from a family with members on the autism spectrum, fuels her passion for delivering compassionate, individualized care. Talisa joined the team at ABS because she was deeply inspired by the organization’s mission statement, which emphasizes the importance of fostering autonomy and providing compassionate care to all individuals. Seeing firsthand how much ABA has made a difference in her own family’s life keeps Talisa motivated to continue growing in the field, reinforcing her belief that every individual has the potential to thrive with the right support.

Outside of her clinical work, Talisa enjoys spending time at the beach with a good book, hosting BBQs with friends and family, attending music festivals, spending time in Joshua Tree, and cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Dejon Yahaya, B.A.

Operations Assistant

Dejon Yahaya (aka  DJ) is the Operations Assistant here at Autonomous Behavior Solutions. In support of the operations manager, Dejon helps manage client and family scheduling, maintains the efficiency of the administrative processes, and indirectly assists in the clinical side of the business from an operations perspective. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s in System Operations Management. Dejon seeks to continue his growth and leadership capabilities with Autonomous Behavior Solutions and share the company’s mission values, especially advocating and reflecting for every voice within the community. One of his favorite childhood memories or quotes is, “ To be free like water”. Water takes the shape of its environment or container and continues to flow freely. This is a reminder to always think freely and unrestricted, and take time to decompress. He enjoys swimming and learning about investing in his spare time with his family and friends. Dejon’s strong sense of devotion and grounded principles continue to drive and push him to reach new heights.   

Megan Molina, B.S.

Human Resources Coordinator

Megan Molina is the Human Resources Coordinator at Autonomous Behavior Solutions. In her role, she provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, often serving as a first point of contact for employees and job applicants. Megan has a background as a Lead Human Resources Specialist and a former Behavioral Therapist. She has experience conducting HR-related duties for a start-up company and has about 8 years of experience with various ABA companies.

Megan holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Management from California State University, Northridge. She has facilitated meetings on job development, conducted training, developed work processes, and led a few initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency. Megan loves giraffes, all animals, and being outside and active in the gym. She has a small dog named Peanut.

One of Megans’ favorite quotes is Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” Vincent Van Gogh. Megan is motivated by the opportunity to positively impact individuals and their families, especially in a setting dedicated to improving lives through Applied Behavior Analysis. She finds fulfillment in creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and empowered. Ultimately, her motivation comes from knowing that her efforts contribute to the clients’ well-being and the team’s success.
